FAQs
How quickly can you complete an assessment and what should I expect?
Our assessments are carried out by experienced Occupational Therapists and tailored to you. Following assessment, we provide clear recommendations and develop an individualised plan to support your independence and wellbeing.
We take a holistic approach and may assess your mobility indoors and outdoors, physical health and stamina, home environment and layout, daily routines and activities, and your personal goals and future needs.
Will you provide a report?
Yes. Following your assessment, our Occupational Therapist will provide a clear report outlining our findings, recommendations and next steps. This may include advice on equipment, home adaptations and strategies to support your independence and safety. Reports can also be shared with GPs, NHS services or other professionals where needed.
Will you assist me with how to use the aid
Yes, of course! We will guide you on how to use any recommended equipment safely and with confidence. This might include practical demonstration, advice and support to ensure the aid works effectively within your daily routine. We’re here to help you feel comfortable and independent when using any equipment we recommend.
