It’s quick and easy to make a referral! Simply fill out and submit our referral form and one of our team will be in touch.
WHAT IS A REFERRAL?
A referral is a booking request. Submitting our referral form with your details will prompt one of team to contact you to discuss your needs, provide information on our services and answer your questions.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FILL OUT AND SEND THE FORM?
When we receive your form, a member of our team will review the information you provided and contact you directly. They may discuss the service you require before making an appointment day and time that suits you.
WHERE WILL THE FIRST APPOINTMENT TAKE PLACE?
The first appointment can take place at our clinic, your home, over telehealth, or wherever you’re most comfortable. We always try to make it convenient and comfortable for you, and on a day and time that suits you!
IF I’M NOT SURE WHICH SERVICE MY CHILD NEEDS, CAN YOU HELP ME?
We can recommend the most suitable service for your child, whether it’s occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy – or a combination of them. After you have contacted us by filling out the form, emailing us at admin@betterdays.uk, or calling us on 07999 845028, one of our clinicians will contact you to get some details to help you further.
DOES MAKING A REFERRAL COMMIT ME TO A THERAPY PROGRAM?
