Want to join Better Days?
Our team share a passion for delivering the highest level of care, genuinely loving what they do, and working hard to achieve the very best outcomes for children and families. And we’re committed to providing a collaborative, productive, safe and fun environment for everybody who works with us!
Your biggest motivation is to help people. So is ours. Let’s make that happen
Better Days mission is to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary support to communities in need throughout the UK.
Too many families experience long waitlists and minimal services, which delay and compromise allied health support that can help their children thrive and enjoy a better quality of life.
At Better Days, we’re dedicated to providing a wide range of support services when and where children with health conditions and disabilities need it. Accessibility, collaboration and flexibility underpin our work style while compassion, kindness and empathy drive us to provide better support every day.
Grow professionally and make a real difference in the lives of children and young adults
We believe happy and fulfilled clinicians provide superior care, so we’ve created an environment where you are encouraged, empowered and supported to provide care your way, enjoy a better work-life balance, and achieve your career aspirations.

With our Better Flex Programme, you can structure your work days to suit your needs, to enjoy a better overall work-life balance. This can be working your schedule around your personal commitments and activities that are important and meaningful to you, like gym sessions, team sport, visiting your parents, and attending your child’s school events.
Can I take time out to study while working with Better Days?
We provide all our clinicians with four paid study leave days each year and provide financial support to attend external courses and events.
Who will support me if I experience a challenge or I’m unsure as to how to resolve an issue?
At Better Days, we foster a supportive and collaborative environment where our senior clinicians are always happy to provide guidance and advice while your fellow clinicians are on hand to assist you, share their knowledge and help you explore solutions. Often simply providing a ‘sounding board’ for each other is the right salve at the end of a challenging day. At Better Days, we want you to be and feel supported so you can excel in your role and enjoy your career with us!
